Pecan Harvest at The Farm, Free Event!

Join Trees Matter and your community for pecan harvesting at The Farm at South Mountain. Greg Brownell, Director of Sustainability and Community Relations at The Farm, will provide a tour around the grounds and give a history of The Farm. Participants will then harvest pecans and enjoy samples of pecan pie bars, pecan shortbread cookies, and spiced pecans made by The Farm staff! This event is part of Trees Matter's Edible Tree Series Program.

Pet Friendly Event (but a leash please!)

*Please note we cannot control how many pecans are available to harvest as the trees make up their own minds of when to drop their pecans.
